Location, proximity to the centre of Victoria. Clean room, quiet, comfortable. Easy check in and out. Easy access by car and good parking. Nice lobby and good breakfast. Have already booked a return stay!

Very clean, good, happy staff. Did not appreciate not being told there was a twenty dollar per night parking fee no matter if you parked undercover, underground or outside. We were not given the options at check in. When I question this matter I was simply told that it is on their website.

My second stay at Embassy was as good as the first, and I hope to return again. Quiet hotel with gracious staff. The room is tastefully decorated with an excellent firm mattress and lots of pillows. The buffet breakfast is way above average, with fresh fruit, tasty eggs and potatoes, and a large variety of breads. The location, one block back from the harbour, is ideal for sightseeing - the area is very walkable.

The room was clean, staff was great. The meat , bacon wasn't very good. All other breakfast items were very good. Heating was good. They had some construction going on but they had our room far from it so that was good.

I was very disappointed to be charged $20 for parking. Enough it could cause me to book elsewhere that includes parking. Lot of competition in the Victoria area for hotels. This hotel for price point should include parking or add it to the price of the room, not hit the customer at check in.
