Beautiful hotel in a nice location. Staff are professional. Some areas for improvement include more frequent room cleaning and ensuring that there are towels at the pool. I requested daily maid service upon check in and the room was only serviced on day 3 of a 4 night stay. Overall, the stay was wonderful, but the rooms are starting to show their wear. The door to our room doesn’t shut by itself, so we had to remember to manually pull/push on it firmly each time we entered/exited the room.

This is a very nice property. They have a fantastic place for breakfast in the morning. The staff was pleasant. The room was clean. We didn’t have much of a view from our room. The hotel was busy.

Fabulous hotel next to the water. Really clean and comfortable rooms. Pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures. Restaurant on site was good. Free kayak was very much appreciated and we got to kayak with seals!

For the price i expected more. The bed was old, like 20 years old. No spring, no firmness, it sagged a lot in the center and resulted in poor quality nights sleep. The towles feel like sandpaper and the pillows also lost any firmness to them due to age. The food is mediocre, ok not great, yet they charge high prices for the food. I also felt potrion size was small and lacking. Overall I dont recommend this hotel. It certainly doesn't live up to expectations.

We booked ocean view months ago. Arrived and were not in an ocean view room and they said they had no other rooms available. TV remote was missing from the room (they brought us one that kind of worked) and a previous guests drink bottle was left behind the tv. Nice pool and hot tub. Good views from the front of the hotel. Picture is the view from our room. Will not stay again.

A lovely hotel with a very grand resort feel. Very comfortable beds, clean and well appointed rooms, excellent service, great views. Loved the public areas with banquette/fire pits and patio seating. Nice restaurant.

Bring a sleep mask

Staying for our first night away from our baby as a treat post attending a wedding. Our room faced out to the parking lot (not the best view) however, the lights that are over the entry way into the lobby are bright fluorescent and shine right into the room (even with the roller shade down). Felt like it was bright daylight until the sun came up...then it was just daylight. Didn't get a restful sleep we hoped for.

Location was stunning. The decor was fitting for the surroundings. Tranquil and peaceful.
