Location was good. Walking distance to shops. Underground parking was very tight for a larger vehicle, like a truck or mid-large SUV. Rooms were ok. There were some fake eyelashes left behind by a previous guest. Pool was lacklustre, but at least there was a pool.

Toilet and shower didn’t work properly. There were long hairs on every single towel. It was disgusting. I got someone else’s hair all over my face, mouth and body. The drapes didn’t work. You can hear noise from the street and every single room on the floor. This room was horrendously expensive for what this property provides. It’s an old decrepit building that the owners are trying to make the most money from without doing any work to improve or upkeep the property. I would like to have a REFUND.

Staff is very friendly. Smooth check-in and check-out. Our double Queen bedroom was upgraded to a King bedroom with a kitchenette and a balcony looking over the courtyard for our 1 night stay. The whole room was clean, however the one we were in didn't seem to have AC just a small fan. The parking garage is around the corner and quite small. Bigger cars/trucks may have trouble parking especially if it's packed. Tourist spots are not too far and are a nice walk from the hotel. Overall, good place to stay in downtown Victoria.
