This lovely 2-bedroom suite is in a peaceful neighbourhood and is close to the beautiful Colwood Waterfront. It has a well-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher; full bathroom with shower and jet tub; and a spacious living room with heat pump and A/C. As your host, I live upstairs with my 2 young children. I will be happy to help you with anything you need during your stay.

You’ll enjoy a peaceful side yard with outdoor seating, where you may spot deer across the fence or hear peacocks calling.

20 minutes from Downtown Victoria, and easy highway access make it a great spot for exploring the Peninsula, Downtown or Upisland. 15 mins from Victoria General Hospital. 5 mins to Royal Road University. Grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy & restaurants within walking distance.

The space is best suited for 4 guests. The pull-out couch can be used to accommodate an additional 2 guests with small additional fee. (Note that this option is less comfortable than regular beds.) Please let me know if you’d like to use the couch so I can provide you extra bedding.

The space is family friendly, and a travel crib, high chair, kids’ dishes/cutlery and toys can be provided upon request.

Early check in and late check may be requested, and I will approve if available.
