I arrived at 2 PM with my two young children and asked for an early check-in. I was told there were absolutely no rooms available, and even the manager confirmed this. However, when they saw I was clearly unhappy, they suddenly said I could get a room immediately — but only if I paid an additional fee. This was extremely disappointing and felt very unfair. To make matters worse, the parking lot was in terrible condition with large potholes that damaged my car. Overall, a very poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were not friendly or welcoming (we arrived during a blizzard). There were no dining options open. The parking area was not maintained at all (no efforts to remove snow).
