Welcome to this fantastic 250 m2 house, accommodating up to 10 people. The property features a private pool and is located in a peaceful area, 10 kilometers from the beaches of Lloret, 20 kilometers from Girona Airport, and an hour from Barcelona.
The house has two floors, 4 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and 2 double beds, and three full bathrooms. On the first floor, you will find the spacious kitchen, the dining-living room with an indoor fireplace, one bedroom, and one bathroom. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. The kitchen, with a central island, is fully equipped. Additionally, there is a spacious living room with a large sofa bed for resting and watching TV. The property also includes a 400 m2 terrace and a 1000 m2 garden for the little ones to play, where you will find a large barbecue for enjoying good grills. Enjoy an unforgettable vacation in this beautiful and spacious place!
