The Sraff are very friendly. The area is convenient for food and transportation. I would like to stay there again in the nearest future. Good location if you need to be near Wien Hbf. But otherwise, it is slightly outside the main city area and lacks a bit of life. The hotel however was spectacular and room was very comfortable. Special shoutout to the front desk staff, Sam, for being easygoing, helpful and friendly.

Gute Lage Dank Öfentliche Verkehrsmittel alles schnell zu erreichen. Zimmer topp sauber,Einrichtung schon was älter aber noch okay. Matratze war richtige Klasse für einen kaputten Rücken. Personal war zuvorkommend und nett. Dies ist eine perfekte Unterkunft für ein Städtetrip.

Friendly and welcoming service from the receptionists and housekeeping staff. Roomcondition was not the best and needs an upgrade. Bed was very comfertable with crisp clean sheets and four pillows. Good breakfast. This is a standard hotel with no extravagant feeling or experience, but it is great value for money and very close to the Wien central station. If you expect bathrobes, minibar and roomservice this is not the place for you, but for a quick stay in a comfy bed and with a tasty breakfast it is absolutely ok.
