The staff were super friendly. The room has everything you need. Something to note is the shower is in the main room with no privacy really except a curtain. Super close to the train station and streetcar. Breakfast had a good selection but expensive.

The lobby and dining area is very attractive, with lots of natural light. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Everything that I saw was clean and well-maintained. The room was not exactly charming, and there was no air conditioning, but it was comfortable enough, and I was never disturbed by noise.

Nice hotel somewhat different then others, but that makes it unique. Friendly staff en helpful. The bed sheets are not breathable, so really warm pulling it of and of course cold again. Not a good sleep. The breakfast was good and fresh products. The only weird thing, a garbage truck pulled up at the side of the hotel and the guys from the truck came in through the entrance of the kitchen and with their garbage clothes taking breakfast, in my opinion not very hygienic.

Thus is a very well located hotel, with the D tram stop right outside the hotel that we used all the time during our stay. Train station just a 2 minute walk. Nice hotel, room very clean and excellent breakfast. All in all, we had a lovely stay in beautiful Vienna.

Just for any families booking this hotel the set up in the family room is absolutely not suitable for young kids - it’s a pretty dangerous bunk bed with steep steps. The temperature of the room in the top bunk gets very hot and we visited in April so I can only imagine it in peak summer. The bar is open to all and it’s 24 hours and as the lift to the rooms isn’t dependent on a room key in practise anyone can go anywhere in the hotel. Having said that the price is great and the staff are lovely but this is far more of a hostel feel than a hotel.
