Very convenient hotel. Christmas market 10 min walk away, walkable to city centre with lovely route through palace gardens, right next to train station (we booked it like this as coming from One county late at night and leaving to another late at night all via train) but no noise whatsoever. Would definitely recommend/stay again. Was very easy to get around and we booked purely for the convience of being right next to International station. Only downside no kettle in room and no milk in the tea area downstairs. Excellent staff.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I love the location near the Bahnhof and I use it before I fly out of Vienna. It's convenient to visit Belveder or take subway downtown.

The room was clean, and the front desk staff was courteous. The only downside was that the one complimentary coffee machine was broken. They suggested I go to the hotel next door to get a cup of hot water. It would be nice to have an electric kettle in the room.
