Booked two rooms. One for a business foto shooter who next day told me that his drinks were half empty in the fridge/ the complimentary drinks. The orange juice. I told the lady at the counter that we would like to talk to a manaer. No manager on spot for the weekend!? Another man was yelling the same thing “no manager here”!!? It was 4 Pm and his room was not ready. Oh well.. the cleaning crew did not do a thorough check. Also at least a sparkling water as not everyone drinks the sweet orange juice which were TWO bottles same type. Take advise and place at least a water instead of two so ppl can have a choice. It was a business suite and the half empty bottle was not acceptable. Reception gave us a complimentary coupon for a drink. What a favor ;( .

Staff were lovely. Location is beside a U-bahn line which was excellent. I did not use the bar or have breakfast but those are both basically an extension of the reception area and not very exciting or appealing. Rooms were big. Bathroom was clean. Toilet room was seperate and tiny. Not much ventilation. Small tea/coffee making surface. Not much noise from the street in the evening so a big plus. I probably would not stay here again but great for a few days for xmas market visit. Huge eurospar a 2 min away and another Billa supermarket about 1 min away.

There was nothing quite wrong with the hotel. It is close to the underground station, clean room, comfortable bed. However, the overall vibe was cold and clinical (Right from the room design with its plane cabin style loo to the indifferent attitude of the staff.) It would be good hotel for business travel - not so much for a romantic getaway or family holiday.

The room was clean and spacious, reception staff were friendly and very helpful (sorted out a heating issue). Wi-Fi was sufficient for my streaming needs, which was good given the paucity of English language satellite channels on the TV.
