Great place to stay, was very clean and comfortable. As seems to be in all the reviews it is not downtown but literally across the street is the metro and so easy to navigate. As convenient as staying in the heart of the city without being in the city. Highly recommend.

Beautiful large room .Very clean. Good instructions regarding use of access codes. The room faced main road but this was fine gjven double glazed windows + shutters. Very close to underground station taking one into town. In summary I would certainly stay again at "Sissi West"

Wunderbar!

This is a hidden gem in the heart of Vienna. Easy to access and very near to the U-bahn! Karlsplatz is merely 7 stops away and so it the city center. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would be back again. And yes the famous Schönbrunn palace is at a walking distance of 5-10 minutes : )

Communication was great. As American travellers on our honeymoon they gave everything we needed and even left a note and champagne in the fridge. (We don't drink but the gesture was much appreciated). You can walk to bakeries and restaurants and the metro in just minutes. Schonnbrunn is a 12 minute walk but the gardens are only a few minutes away. The room was clean and well stocked and the bed was large and comfortable. 5 stars, you really cant ask for more.

Urusel ventilation,dålig avställningsyta i badrummet,ingen handdukstork (hade en liten och en större handduk i 4 dgr) som aldrig hann torka. Ingen påfyllning av någonting toapapper the’ kaffekapslar etc.På tok för dyrt för detta boende om ändå väldigt fräscht och nyrenoverat hus.

Schön & neu

Super schöne, neue Unterkunft, die in einem schönen Viertel liegt. Die U-Bahn ist nicht weit. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
