The room was very clean, service was excellent. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the train/metro station. Going to downtown using metro inside the train station may be faster than using taxis or Uber and certainly much cheaper. I’ll book this hotel when I am back to Vienna.

This is a perfect location if you're arriving or departing by train! But, it's also great if you're not. We arrived in Vienna just for a day (by air) before departing the next day by train. It was a very easy train trip from the airport to the main train station (also a subway station) which this hotel is *directly* across the street from. We were lucky enough that our room was ready a couple of hours before regular check in, dropped our bags, and then went to explore the city by metro and on foot. All of it couldn't have been easier! The next morning we had time to enjoy the fabulous breakfast before our departure: outstanding variety and quality of food and drinks: eggs, meats, pastries, breads, yogurt, waffles, fruit, cheeses, cereals, juices, coffees, you name it! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting this lovely city!

The hotel was nice and modern. We did have a problem with the first room allocated to us where mould was in the shower. The staff kindly relocated us to another room. Staff were all nice and friendly. The only thing we were not made aware of was the free water bottles at reception. Otherwise everything and everyone was excellent.

Great Hotel

Very nice hotel. Directly across from the main train station. Clean, comfortable and staff was nice. We stayed 3 nights and had a very nice stay. My only complaint is that the a/c wasn’t very cold and were very warm in the room; especially if showering or blow drying my hair. Other than that, it’s a very nice place to stay. They accept dogs and we stayed with our dog. It’s a 45 min walk to the main sites of Vienna. Ubers and taxis are very convenient from this hotel. They have a breakfast buffet, but, we didn’t eat there. All in all, a nice place to stay while enjoying Vienna.

Excellent location, right across from the main train station with easy access to the city centre and airport. Parking garage located right next to the hotel with a discounted rate. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms where very clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, with both hot and cold options. Would suggest smart tv's in rooms, limited channel options with the bulk of programs only in German, would have been nice to be able to access Netflix to be able to unwind after a long day exploring. There is also a very nice patio outside of the breakfast area, would suggest having access for guests in the evening hours as well.

Very convenient location for the train station. Good value, very nice helpful staff. Quality breakfast - its a busy hotel but plenty of seating available. Comfortable bed - good nights sleep. The only minus was the black mould in the shower track and the handheld shower.
