Villini delle Rose`sfour-room apartment is a simple and essential solution, with ample square footage, for spending vacations in Puglia in the green Gargano countryside, 5 minutes from the beaches in the area of Vieste.
 
The vacation home is equipped with air conditioning and TV. In the large garden shared with other guests there is parking, outdoor shower and barbecue.
The solution for groups and families offers up to 9 beds. Pets are allowed.

Villini delle Rose`s four-room apartment No. 5 is a house with ample space, cozy and elevated by a few steps. An exclusively owned veranda is perfect for al fresco breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The interior of the apartment consists of: living room with dining room and sofa bed for two people, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom with bunk bed + single pull-out, 1 bathroom with shower.

Villini delle Rose is located in the countryside, in the countryside of Vieste. The town with its beautiful historic center and its many beauties is about 5 km away.
Very close to the apartments, however, are the beaches on the coast north of Vieste, between 1 and 3 km away. There are Sciamarino beach, Molinella beach and San Lorenzo beach.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. 
- The apartment is in a small complex.
- Shared garden, parking, outdoor shower and barbecue.
- Air conditioning only in the dining room.
