Newly built townhome in a quiet residential area, park with a walking trail and dog park just a five minute drive down the street. I personally love running at the park very safe and shaded. This property is about two miles from I20 depending on traffic you can get to Atlanta within 30 minutes as well as the airport, with endless activities available including the zoo, aquarium, dinning experiences, etc. If you are a music lover but don't want to stay in the hustle and bustle, overly crowded, and traffic of the city of Atlanta, this property would be a great fit for you.
