Estancia con muchas dificultades administrativa

Tuvimos dificultades con la reserva ya que nos habian avisado de la agencia que todo estaba bien cuando llegamos faltaba 1 habitacion ya que eran 2 hab, despues se resolvio, a duras penas, en el baño la ducha con problema se notifico y no se hizo nada el aire acondicionado como dice que es general y no se puede regular en la habitacion,pues no tuvimos aire, el desayuno es pesimo,nadie te atiende es una pena decir que ese hotel es 3 estrellas solo sera 1 estrella muy mal dirigido y adminitrado,las habitaciones bien y el personal de limpieza muy bueno, en fin muy desatendido,mucha oscuridad, no nos gusto nada.
