Villa Belvedere on arkkitehti suunniteltu huvila on upeat näkymät koko eteläpäässä Gardajärven. Näkymä yksin kannattaa vuokra kun ei väsy istuu terassilla viinilasillisen katsella auringonlaskua järvelle.

Villa rakensi hyvin tietää paikallinen rakentaja kotiinsa eikä kuluja säästyi rakentamisesta. Paikallinen marmori, yhdistää altistuvat palkit ja paikallista kiveä tarjota moderni huvila Italian charmia.

Talo tarjoaa täydellisen yksityisyyden, pääsy perusteet on kautta turvallisuus portille. Voit kirjoittaa talon kautta alakerrassa oven tai jopa marmorinen rappu tapauksessa joka kiemurtelee ympäri perustettu oliivipuu. Maksimoimiseksi näkymä makuuhuoneet ovat alakerrassa ja Asuminen on ensimmäisessä kerroksessa. Makuuhuoneessa kuuluu valtava parivuode, panoraamaikkuna järvinäköala, oma pukuhuone ja kylpyhuone ja ilmastointi. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on suuri parivuode, kylpyhuone pukuhuone ja pääsy uima terassille kautta lasiovet. Perhehuoneessa on kaksinkertainen olla ja kerrossänky plus järvinäköala. nämä kaksi huonetta jakaa suuri kylpyhuone kulma-amme ja höyrysuihku. edelleen makuuhuoneessa on parivuode ja oma suihkuhuone.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa olohuone on käsiksi ominaisuus portaikkoa, joka tuo sinut ruokailutila, jossa iso ruokapöytä, avotakka ja panoraamanäkymät järvelle. Toiselle puolelle ruokasali on oleskelutila, jossa on suuri tv ja mukavat nahkasohvat ja upeat näkymät järvelle. Keittiö on pois ruokasali ja on keskeinen saari pesuallas, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, uuni ja kaasu liesi. Keittiöstä menet läpi liukuovet kattaa loggia terassi, pellava verhot tämä on täydellinen al fresco dining samalla nauttia mieltä, se on oma kaasu BBQ.

Ulkopuolella pohjakerroksessa on oma uima-allas, jossa on aurinkotuoleja ja terassi. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on pöytätennis.

Villa tarjoaa kaikki mukavuudet mitä tarvitset mukavaan lomanviettoon ja siitä voit kävellä kilometrikaupalla metsässä. Lyhyen ajomatkan ja olet Salossa ja järven rannalla.
Tämä huvila sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Chiesetta di San Bartolomeo. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huvilassa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi yksityisen uima-altaan ja keittiön.

Die Aussicht und der Pool waren wunderbar. Der große und eingezäunte Garten waren perfekt für uns mit den zwei Hunden. In ganze Unterkunft bietet genügend Platz für alle.

Nice house in a quiet area

The house was perfect for the extended family, with small children and grandparents. The pool was used for many hours. The whole process of booking, check-in and check-out was problem-free, Enzo, who looked after the house, quickly answered the questions we had. We had a brilliant stay.

Great view with beatyfull pool

This house has the best view over Lake Garda. The house was really nice and spaceous. Only thing that could be better is the terrasse by the kitchen. We were 8 and it was a bit small for 8. We managed but if is for 10 it will be s bit crouded around the table. Cleaning was nice. Comunication with Enzo was very easy and he can help with a lot if a problem accours. We had a great time with kids and adults in this house.

Die Unterkunft entspricht dem Inserat und ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön , gepflegt und sauber. Genau das richtige für einen schönen Familienurlaub. Der nächste Ort liegt nur etwa 5 km entfernt und mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir wahren alle sehr zufrieden und werden es auch unseren Bekannten weiterempfehlen. Mfg Familie Monfreda

Valentina hatte nur 5 Min. Zeit für Check-in vor Ort / Betten in schlechtem Zustand / überall Ritzen und Spälte, daher Ameisen und Dreck im Haus / oberer Stock nicht isoliert, keine Storen, daher sehr heiss und auch keine AC / ganzes Haus keine Moskitonetze / Pool gut / viele Dinge leicht bis mittel defekt oder ersetzungswürdig / Infos von Nigel gut

Somewhat disappointing

It should be noted we rented this place on very short notice. We tried to rent with a 24 hour notice, but due to the 5 day minimum stay being longer than our needs, we ended up renting on same day notice. We jumped into our car to do the ~5 hour drive to get there by evening time. The property owner was helpful and responsive in ensuring this. As we had rented in late October, the key decision factor for deciding on this property was the advertised outside heated pool. We inquired about it and it was confirmed we could have the pool heated at extra cost which we accepted - with the understanding that they could only turn on the pool heater ASAP and effects would take a bit of time. Unfortunately when we arrived we were informed that the pool heater was not working after all and, despite courageous attempts by the kids in the 11C pool, it was just not possible to use at this temperature. The house is located at a high point and during the right times of year, the views are probably lovely. However, during our visit we were not able to enjoy that view as it was mostly too misty/foggy to be able to view Lake Garda from the house. Although the house is probably attractive when used in summertime and spending most of the time outside, it comes forward as a bit tired on the inside. A key issue for us was the amount of bugs (primarily ants and stink bugs) that had seemingly taken over on the upper floor and living room. Fortunately we had brought bug spray and could buy extra in the supermarket a 10 min drive away, but it was somewhat annoying that sitting in the living room led to constant contact with insects / droppings. We experienced some troubles with the alarm system that went off several times creating much noise and stress - as we did not have the codes it was difficult to do much else than cover the ears. We tried to call and message the caretaker, but never got any responses from him on this - just as he did not respond to our questioning when the pool heater might be fixed. As we started the 3rd day of our stay we had decided to leave early as we would rather be at home. While we were packing up some pool heater repair people showed up. Whether they were successful or if it would have been timely enough to make a difference to our experience last day as heating a pool takes time is uncertain - we decided to go home concluding this house materially did not live up the advertised promises. We were still charged the full amount for all 5 days.

Und hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen. Das Objekt und der Pool waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche war sauber und ausreichend vorhanden. Das wird sicherlich nicht der letzte Besuch gewesen sein.

Voyage en famille Lombardie, lac de Garde

La villa nous a ravi par sa position, superbe vue sur le lac de Garde, proche de Brescia pour visiter d'autres lieux. Elle est spacieuse et très bien équipée pour une grande famille, à l'intérieur avec une belle architecture et un équipement complet, et à l'extérieur, avec une belle terrasse, une pisicne enterrée et un espace sécurisé. Placée en hauteur du quartier Mezzane, la villa est dans un cadre tranquille, proche de la forêt et à 4 kms de la petite ville de Villanuova sul Clici. Très belle villa pour conclure.

Lovely views

Its a beautiful villa with stunning views from the mountains across Lake Garda. We experienced a couple of spectacular thunder storms whilst there! Mostly fabulous weather to enjoy the pool which is a great size, clean and well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment (including the washer downstairs) which is all pretty new and work well. Bedrooms are all air conditioned which was really needed in the heat. The property manager was really helpful and friendly. We spent most of our time at the villa by the pool as we have kids who don't want to do touristy stuff. It's an ideal place for this! Supermarket in Roe was big enough for everything we needed.

Splendid holiday

We had an excellent stay at the villa. The view over the Garda Lake is amazing and the villa has a high quality standard. Unfortunately you always have to drive for groceries, or a restaurant as there is nothing in the village. There is plenty to do in the house which we did not use (TVs with sat and DVD), tabletennis, nice sofa area. To our surprise the pool came with inflatable toys for the kids, nice touch! The pool itself is fantastic, esp in summer. Also bedrooms are air conditioned, so providing cool nights on hot summer days. Parking was slightly difficult with our 3 cars as the drive up the ramp is narrow and fits 2 cars. We parked our 3rd car in a small parking lot 50m downhill. For future guests some more outdoor chairs could be helpful (we had extra chairs in our camping equipment that we used prior to this stay). The welcoming and help by local caretaker (Valentina) was excellent!

Beautiful villa with stunning vieuw

+ location + vieuw +Modern +Private swimming pool +Enough space +No touristic area +Friendly owners and manager. Accurate and helpfull +/- 1 bedroom is very dark and a bit moist +/- upstairs airco in kitchen is nog enough to cool upstairs

Wonderful home

We are a family of 6 that spent three wonderful weeks in this home. The view from the upstair balcony off the kitchen is breathtaking, a truly great way to enjoy our morning coffee. Enzo, the manager, greeted us when he gave us the keys and a review of how and when to put out the rubbish. We in Oklahoma do not have a formal way of recycling (unfortunately) so it was quite a learning experience. Entering the home, we found ourselves in the bedroom areas, the rooms were clean, plenty of towels, and very functional. The magnum opus was the surprise waiting to be revealed after ascending the marble stairs from the lower level to the upper level, a full view of Lake Garda framed by a very big picture window. Breathtaking. A car is essential since the house sits at the top of a steep hill at the end of a very winding road. Having use of a washing machine was a life saver for the length of time we stayed. The pool and ping pong table were also very useful and made our stay very pleasurable. All in all, our stay at this beautiful home will be a most treasured memory.

A lovely house high on the hillside overlooking the Lake. Very good pool. Some pool towels would be a bonus. Well equipped and very clean house. Contact with the Owners and local manager very good. Such a lovely area with lots to see. Would recommend to families and groups. Car essential. Hope to return one day.

We spent a wonderful week at Villa Belvedere despite some mixed weather. The villa is in a superb position overlooking the lake and the stunning views were fully appreciated by my party. The accommodation was ideal for the make-up of our group. We found the written directions a little confusing and the older members of the group arrived 30 mins later than the youngsters who were using satnav!! The early party met Enzo on site and went through the refuse recycling etc and it was useful that he met us on site rather than picking up keys elsewhere. As a suggestion, it may be useful to have another folder at the villa to give recommendations on day trips, boat hire, restaurants etc for people who are new to the region. Overall a wonderful week in a lovely part of the world and we would not hesitate to recommend the villa to family & friends.

Au calme et vue superbe

Très belle et vaste maison propre et pratique. Les chambres sont au RDC les pièces à vivre au-dessus. La construction est bien isolée, la nuit est parfaitement silencieuse. Il faisait encore un peu frais pour la piscine mais en été ça doit être bien agréable. Pas de vis-à-vis. La terrasse qui donne sur la cuisine permet de prendre son repas devant une magnifique vue sur le lac de Garde. La salle à manger a aussi une grande fenêtre pour pouvoir en profiter quelle que soit la saison. pas beaucoup de jardin à l'arrière mais une table de ping pong fonctionnelle. L'emplacement allie la tranquillité sans pour autant être très éloigné de la civilisation. Nous avons rayonné de ce gîte pour aller du lac de Côme à Venise. Les petits hics: quelques fourmis intruses (mais nous sommes en pleine nature) et un fonctionnement complexe de tri des déchets qui est aussi une contrainte partagée avec n'importe quel autre gîte de la région. Possibilité de ranger deux voitures dans le terrain de la maison si l'on sait dompter la montée en provenance de la rue (un chouille abrupte). Le voisin et point de contact est très sympa et saura vous conseiller des tables dans les environs.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Das Haus verfügt über eine traumhafte Lage mit einem tollen Blick auf den Gardasee in ruhiger Wohnlage und befindet sich in gut erreichbarer Nähe zu Salo. Wir waren für 8 Tage mit acht Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern zu Gast und können einen Aufenthalt in diesem großzügigen Haus sehr empfehlen.

Tolle und ruhige Lage mit sehr schöner Aussicht.

Die Schlafzimmer und die Matratzen sind in Ordnung. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist schön geräumig und mit sehr bequemen Sitzmöbeln ausgestattet. Der Garten ist gepflegt. In den Terrassen-Bereichen sind teils zu wenige Sitzgelegenheiten. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sollten dringend erneuert werden (stark gebraucht sowie teils schmutzig und fleckig). Die Swimmingpool-Umrandung ist teilweise beschädigt und stellt eine Unfallgefahr dar. Zwei von fünf Klimaanlagen funktionieren nicht.

Da dieser Urlaub wohl der letzte gemeinsame mit unseren (fast) erwachsenen Kindern (20 und 18 Jahre) gewesen sein wird, haben wir beschlossen, uns ein Haus mit einem eigenem Pool zu mieten und auf einen Strand in der Nähe zu verzichten. Beide Kinder hatten jeweils eine gute Freundin bzw. einen Kumpel dabei, so dass wir insgesamt 6 Personen waren. Die Entscheidung gegen den Strand und für dieses Haus mit eigenem Pool war die Richtige!!! Das Haus und die Ausstattung waren in unseren Augen super. Unrat o.ä. war bei unserer Ankunft nicht vorhanden. Auch alle 5 Liegen waren i.O. Wir können uns den bisherigen positiven Kommentaren nur anschließend. Wir könnten gar nichts schlechtes über das Haus schreiben. Es ist alles da, es hat alles funktioniert und war alles sauber. Die Kommunikation sowohl mit dem Vermieter als auch mit dem Verwalter Enzo funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Fotos entsprechen dem Echtzustand. Das Haus liegt oben in den Bergen und trotzdem sehr zentral. Ein Auto ist allerdings nötig! Man ist in kurzer Zeit beim Einkaufen oder in Salo. Unten im Ort gibt es alles was man braucht, sogar einen sehr guten Fahrradverleih, der u.a. auch E-Mountainbikes verleiht. Wenn wir es einrichten können, würden wir sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Fantastic property, great location and amazing views!

Stunning property which more than met our expectations. The view from the first floor took our breath away! There were 9 in our group and the villa still felt spacious. The swimming pool and table tennis was enjoyed by all. Will definitely stay here again!
