You have private use of a fenced 30 m² garden with outdoor shower, garden furniture, and barbecue. Parking is available at the house. Nearby: grocery store 600 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 500 m, bar and bus stop 1 km, train station and ferry in Cagliari (60 km), sandy beach 'Simius' 2.8 km, marina 5 km. Attractions nearby include Cagliari (50 km) and Costa Rei (25 km). Car use is recommended. Access to the house is on foot via 50 steps or from the garage via 10 steps; the garage ramp is narrow and steep.
The 50 m² house consists of 3 rooms on 2 floors and offers simple, functional furnishings: living/dining room with sofa bed (140x190 cm), dining table, and flat-screen TV, with access to the veranda.
