Cocoonr offers this charming 25 m² flat for rent in Villers-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 12 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). We're waiting for you!

- A 12 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)

- A north-west-facing balcony measuring approx. 1.20x2m, with storage box, table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather

The flat is ideally located in Villers-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment, in a quiet residence with trees, 800 metres from the beach and the town centre. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

The location of this accommodation will enable you to take advantage of a multitude of activities: walks along the coast, discovery of the cliffs of the black cows and the Greenwich meridian, visit to the Paleospace museum, swimming, mini-golf, horse riding, tennis, volleyball, boules, paragliding, water sports centre, swimming, etc.

Transport :
- You can park directly in the residence's private car park. A numbered space for one vehicle is reserved for the flat.
- Regular bus services from Paris to Deauville, and from Deauville to Villers-Sur-Mer with a passenger stop behind the residence.
- Villers-Sur-Mer railway station is about 15 minutes' walk and 2 minutes' drive away, and Houlgate railway station is about 10 minutes' drive away.
- Le Havre-Octeville airport is approximately 49 minutes away by car.

Check-in, WLAN, Lage alles sehr gut. Schöner Balkon. Waschmaschine war sehr nützlich ebenso wie Handtuchtrockner im Bad. Schlafzimmer und Bett sehr gut. Leider war die Küchenausstattung nicht so gut (es fehlte der Wasserkocher und ein zweiter Topf mit Deckel). Die Zwangslüftung in der Küche/dem Aufenthaltsraum war für mich (ich bin ziemlich geräuschempfindlich muss ich dazu sagen) ziemlich störend. Für den, der gerne bei einem Glas Wein in der Ferienwohnung sitzt, nicht perfekt geeignet. Aber das wollen ja nicht alle.

Nous étions au calme et nous avons pu tout faire à pieds pour rejoindre le centre-ville et les plages (10-15 minutes à pieds). Le logement était parfait pour deux: petit mais bien agencé et fonctionnel. Le logement se trouve en retrait de la route, d’où le calme qui y règne. C’était reposant. L’agence a été très flexible et nous avons communiqué par messages. Nous y retournerons certainement!"

Malgré tout, le logement a besoin de quelques améliorations : le ménage n'est pas fait ou très mal, beaucoup de poussière et la salle de bain est sale, c'est dommage pour un ménage qui est facturé ! Les couettes et les alèses ont des tâches et des cheveux. La cuisine n'est vraiment pas pratique pour cuisiner et le côté des plaques électriques est cassé, ce qui est dangereux car l'eau de l'évier peut y passer. Le logement est plus adapté pour 2 personnes plutôt que pour 4 personnes. Le ballon d'eau chaude ne supporte que 2 petites douches et une vaisselle, ce qui est un peu embêtant pour une famille en hiver ... Enfin il n'y a pas de détecteur à incendie ! Le logement est joli et plutôt bien situé, il est vraiment dommage qu'il ne soit pas mieux entretenu."
