ok room + good breakfast, but overpriced

The location is a short walk to the train/bus station, which is convenient if you have luggage (other hotels off the town square require hauling luggage uphill!). The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My single room was ok in terms of comfort and size, although there was a strong smell of paint during my stay, and my room did not have a wifi signal. Compared to other hotels throughout Sweden of similar quality, I found the price to be rather high, and it did not even include access to the activities/amenities in the hotel complex (gym, miniature golf etc.).

Fin frukost men rummet kunde varit bättre!

Hade önskat att man kunde öppna ett fönster och inte behöva använda luftvärmepumpen som blåste kallluft rakt mot sängen. Även lite dåligt med plats i toaletten, bort med dusch o bättre plats för toaletten där man knappt kom åt toarullen. Plats saknades även för necessären som fick stå på golvet! Annars bra o fin frukost! Tack f besöket!

Sådär va!

Upplevde att servicen i receptionen var undermålig. Personalen hade vår bokning framför sig och tog ändå fel och påstod att vi hade två bokningar osv. Hiss på hotellet kunde man inte riktigt räkna med och då är det svårt att ta sig mellan våningar med barnvagn. I övrigt var det ganska smutsigt på rummet och halvt om halvt stopp i avloppet i duschen. Bra storlek på familjerummet var det dock, och en bra lekavdelning i restaurangen.
