Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We had trouble checking in, and the apartment is in bad condition (mold smell, etc). The area around is safe and there is nearby shopping. The highlight is the terrace of the building, with a great view of Viña and Valparaiso.
