The crop land is rented to a local farmer and depending on season/weather he may be farming the land.

Please note: We have made the hard decision to no longer allow children under the age of 10 and pets after several irresponsible owners- sorry for any inconvenience.
We do NOT have a T.V but we do have WIFI and board games!

For your peace of mind, we highly recommend opting for our damage protection insurance to cover any accidental damages during your stay.
When using the sauna, please remember to lock the door securely after use. An unlocked door may be whipped open by the wind, causing damage.

If hot tub is not in use-cover needs to be on! Only 2 People in hot tub during cold months. Shower before using hot tub, do NOT use as a BATHTUB
Please do not steal- I will charge you 10x the amount NO smoking, vaping or joints in house- you will be charged according
If opening windows- turn off AC or Heat. Purposely no screens on windows to avoid people from blasting ac and opening windows Ect.
