The luxurious Villa Positiva offers space for a maximum of 8 people, optimally 6 people. You have 261 m² of living space and a total of 780 m² of land at your disposal. The villa is located 800 metres from the sea. It is fully air-conditioned and has 3 bedrooms with TV and balcony. All bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Two rooms are equipped with a double bed, the third with two single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, one of them en-suite, both with a shower. Additional facilities include a separate toilet, a washing machine, a dryer, and an iron. A baby bed is available upon request. Two more people can sleep on the sofa in the living room.



The kitchen and dining room are modern and offer enough space to enjoy your favourite dishes with family and friends. The dining room has eight seats and four additional bar stools at the bar.



The living room is equipped with a corner sofa, a TV, a coffee table, two armchairs, a PS4, and a SONY party speaker.



The terrace offers a 32 m² heated seawater pool, four sun loungers, garden furniture, and an outdoor shower. There is also a covered outdoor kitchen with a dining table and TV. A charcoal or wood grill is also available.



The villa is completely fenced and offers two private parking spaces.



The deposit is €300.00.
