The check in parking was horrible . Rooms were outdated for the price and only ONE elevator for everyone including staff.

There were cockroaches in our room and the elevator was broken two out of the four days we were there. Additionally, we had to wait in line for over an hour just to check in.

Propert was not bad was disppointed their was no coffee pot in the room had to go downstairs just for a cup of coffee in the morning. Housekeeping didnt clean our room even though we asked for it to ve cleaned everyday and we left so they could it still wasnt done. Pretty pricey for the ammenenities offered

The hotel itself was okay, but it could use some updates and another elevator. Many things at that hotel are broken or old. Most of the time was pleasant, especially during staff conversations. The location was awesome, and the balconies were great. All in all property was good and we had a good experience.

Overall the hotel was great. Very friendly staff, fast service, great location and great rates. Only complaint is parking. There is no parking on site and you have to go a block away to park and one time when we left for the day and came back, there was no parking due to minimal spots. Do recommend this hotel though!
