The only positive aspect of this hotel was its convenient access to nearby attractions.
We were traveling with a large group and, unfortunately, ran out of bigger rooms on the first day of our trip. This forced us to book one of the smaller rooms, which was extremely cramped and barely suitable for two people. There was no cupboard or storage space for bags, so we spent most of our time opening and closing suitcases just to make room. Housekeeping was nonexistent, and to make matters worse, most of the surrounding attractions were closed during Thanksgiving weekend.
The lack of breakfast was a major disappointment. The pool and hot tub were in terrible condition, filled with dirty water and hair, making them unusable.
Before our arrival, we had called the front desk to request an upgraded room if one became available, even offering to pay additional fees. Despite both the hotel’s own website and Expedia showing available rooms, the staff repeatedly insisted that everything was fully booked. On the last day, we asked again and were told that rooms had actually been available throughout our stay—except for the first night. Learning this was extremely frustrating and felt dishonest.
Overall, this property was a huge letdown. I would not return and would rather spend my money elsewhere for a better experience.
