Everything was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Honestly, would’ve given 5 stars but that bed was uncomfortable, lumpy and hard. Also, (This was beyond their control), it would’ve been nice to know before we spent the money for an ocean view, that the beach was under restoration, with heavy machinery at work, directly in front of our view of the beach.

The night time check-in lady was very rude. The elevator was out, and had to climb 10 flights of stairs to my room. Ocean view was the only thing nice.

I was in and out this hotel within 10min of checking in. The room was terrible and it is nothing like what it is advertised on the website. I paid $300 for 2 nights and it wasn’t worth it. They did refund 1 night back to my account because I checked out the same night. The elevator is often out of service. Room Cleaning is not available. So many rules for such a run down hotel I was really disappointed and not happy

There are a lot of hotels in VB. This one has very convenient parking, and the rooms with two beds are essentially a two-bedroom unit, which would be great for parents with kids. We actually had maid service without having to ask for it. Things worked out well.
