Majoitu tässä viihtyisässä North End-duplex -huoneistossa ja nauti lyhyestä 300 metrin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta 84. kadulla. Se on Atlantic Avenuen meren puolella, joten ei tarvitse ylittää vilkkaata kadua. Vietä kesälomapäivät paistatellen auringossa, roiskuen merelle tai katselemalla delfiinejä. Se on ihanteellinen kaveriporukalle, pariskunnalle tai pienelle perheelle. Täydellinen myös lomakauden ulkopuolelle, sotilaallisiin muutoksiin tai väliaikaisiin yritysasuntoihin. Tervetuloa koiranne! Tässä yksikerroksisessa duplex-tyylisessä kodissa on paljon luonnetta ja se on suloisesti koristeltu ranta- ja merenneito-aiheisella taideteoksella kaikkialla. Paljon moderneja mukavuuksia, kuten WIFI! Sinulla on varattu ajotieltä parkkipaikka kahdelle autolle.

Olohuoneessa on mukava nahkasohva ja loveseat. 42 tuuman litteänäyttöinen HDTV laajennetulla kaapelipaketilla. DVD / Blu-Ray-soitin, jolla on laaja valikoima elokuvia käytettävissäsi.

Keittiössä on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut kodinkoneet, kuten jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, liesi / uuni ja astianpesukone. Siinä on myös täysikokoinen etukuormaimen pesukone ja kuivaaja. Paljon muita mukavuuksia, kuten Keurigin yhden kupin kahvin panimo, herra Kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin, leivänpaahdin, astiat, hopeaesineet, barware, kattilat ja pannut jne. Keittiön pöydän istuimet 4.

Kylpyhuoneessa on liuskekivi kaakeloitu kävellä suihkussa ja lasikulho pesuallas / turhamaisuus.

Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode aivan uusilla lakanoilla kaudelle 2018. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta upouusi lakanoilla ja patjoilla kaudelle 2018. On myös TV DVD / Blu-Ray-soittimella. Vuodevaatteisiin mahtuu 4 henkilöä, mutta enintään 6 ovat tervetulleita, jos haluat tuoda kannettavan sängyn, ilmapatjan tai käyttää sohvaa / rakkausistuinta.

Aidattu takapihalla patiohuonekalusetti, joka mahtuu 6 hengelle. Upouusi sateenvarjo- ja istuintyynyt vuodelle 2018. Patioalueella on myös kaksi adirondack-tuolia ja kaasugrilli. Yksi tämän viehättävän loman parhaista ominaisuuksista on mittatilaustyönä valmistettu täysin yksityinen kuuman / kylmän veden ulkosuihku. Haluat käyttää kaikkia suihkut!

Mainitsimmeko tervetuloa koiranne? Emme halua lähteä omasta matkustaessamme, joten tarjoamme jopa sängyn ja täysin varustetun hoitopurkin neljäjalkaiselle ystävällesi!

Koti on hiljaisella ja rentouttavalla Virginia Beach -lomakeskuksen North End -osastolla, josta pääsee rannalle hyvin lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Jos etsit lisää toimintaa, Boardwalk Resortin alue on hieman yli 3 mailin päässä upeista ravintoloista ja perheystävällisistä aktiviteeteista. Virginia Beachin kokouskeskus on noin 6 km: n päässä.

Rannan lisäksi, muista tutustua lähistöllä sijaitsevan First Landing State Park -puiston retkeily- / pyöräilyreitteihin, paikallisiin golfkenttiin, ostosmahdollisuuksiin ja upeisiin musiikkipaikoihin. We have been staying here for the last several years. We love it!! It's clean and it's perfectly located away from most of the traffic, while still being close to the beach (go out the front door to the street, turn left,go to 84th Street, turn left, walk straight ahead till you get wet :).The kitchen is great, with a dishwasher, big refrigerator, plenty of counter space, and just about every kitchen utensil that you could EVER need; the dining area is cozy with seating for four, and a door out to the side deck with a big umbrella table for four; the bathroom is great, with the best shower ever; and Angie and her crew keep the house sparkling clean; and, there is the snack bowl, with goodies for the people and The DOGS.

Great property, great location and great host. The property was well maintained and well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the seating area outside. The location is dog friendly. We were given a welcome gift with snacks, laundry detergent, paper plates and a toy for our dog. We loved how the property was a short walk away to the beach. Our family of four stayed for 4 nights at this property in late July. Overall the stay was ok/good.Pros:Location! Perfect spot! One block to the beach access and the walk was safe and easy. On the north end of Virginia Beach away from the condos, hotels, etc. so the beach was not overcrowded. The property has it's own off-street parking with space for two cars if needed. In a good neighborhood, low traffic, safe area. The house itself was roomy and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay.Cons:House is needing a good amount of general maintenance and repairs (first impression was a broken front screen door that wouldn't stay latched/shut). The pillows and linens need replaced. The house, while tidy and clean enough, could use a deep clean. Communication wasn't the best. We asked a general question before arriving to aid in our packing decisions; which wasn't answered for a few days and also provided incorrect information (asked how many beach chairs were available so we knew if we needed to bring extra- was told 4-5. There were only 3, and of those, one was moldy, leaving our family without enough chairs to use). The day we were to arrive, we became concerned about the legitimacy of the reservation as we had not yet been provided with check in/access information. This was provided only after sending a message and inquiring that morning - only a few hours before we were set to arrive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If Doug could, he'd take the shower home with him (excellent shower pressure). The kitchen as others have noted was well stocked (and thank you for the basket of goodies!). We cooked in/used the gas grill several nights and did not lack for cookware. The glass selection is excellent (fun large margarita glasses, tall ice tea glasses, mugs, etc.). We had a couple of beastly hot days and the AC was able to handle it. The location is great, away from the busy areas and easy walk to the 84th street entrance. We biked to free concerts at 17th and 31st street venues (there are bike paths/lanes most of the way).

Relaxing comfy getaway with my pups

Great location - just a short walk to a quiet beach. Cozy place with fenced yard for my two dogs. Nice kitchen. Frig had filter water and ice maker. Comfortable bed, good wi fi, lots of nice touches like beach towels and a snack pack, plus beach cart.I like this location near First Landing State Park since I can go to either Boardwalk or Lyndhaven and Chics Beach for restaurants and coffee houses. Can’t wait to come back

This is the perfect rental- ocean block to take the dogs to the beach with us and very close drive to the boardwalk and shops. The home has everything and more that you could need. We have rented Angie’s cottage multiple times and intend to continue doing so. She is an excellent host!

Perfect Beach Getaway – Exactly as Described!

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy, dog-friendly duplex at the North End! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, with Cape Henry Lighthouse and First Landing State Park just minutes away. It made for the perfect blend of relaxation and outdoor adventure.The property was exactly as described—clean, well-appointed, and truly welcoming for both people and pups! It’s clear the owners have put thought into every detail, from the comfortable furnishings to the convenient layout. Our dog felt right at home, which made our stay even more enjoyable.A surprising bonus was the amazing water pressure in the shower—it was like a mini spa experience after a day at the beach or hiking the trails!The host was warm, friendly, and attentive to every detail, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Perfect beach cottage

This is a dog-friendly beach cottage that you cannot tell is dog friendly because it’s immaculately clean and well maintained. It has everything you need to make it a comfortable stay and Angie is a fantastic host. We will definitely be back. It was the perfect location for visiting my family.

Perfect getaway! The location is excellent and the beach is great here. Angie was a great host and had all of our questions answered. We were impressed by the boho/beach chic balanced by smart appointments. This is a great stay!!! Private outside showers for feet and body were necessary since we spent most of our time on the beach. We love to cook, so the kitchen and its wares made it easy. Grilling sessions at the patio were on point. The fenced-in grass yard was our Pup’s favorite. There’s a lot of detail here that caters to being able to chillax. We booked again for next year. 😁

Property and host were very nice and everything you need is included. Lighting in bathroom and bedrooms was dim for doing makeup and hair. The house is in a nice neighborhood but it's too far away from the center of town. Also note, no lifeguards at beach near the house. Otherwise everything was excellent!
