Very rude AM desk clerk. (Cheryl) was not friendly, and did not like my inquiring about where breakfast was served. I politely let her know I was not familiar with the property and that I was not from the area. She said, Well, I'm from-----! They didn't tell you about breakfast?! I let her know that I was informed of the time, I just wanted to know where to go. She made my otherwise pleasant stay ugly. The next day I went to breakfast late and did not have to encounter her. Either she was gone or not working the next day. Hospitality is supposed to be the primary thing a hotel demonstrates. You had a poor representative in this. It does affect your ratings and how people view LaQuinta as a whole. Dr. T.P. Smith

Awesome customer service.

Did a trade show at the near by convention center.The hotel is located in a great area for fine food and live entertainment just a block away. The best thing in my opinion was the staff, especially a very professional young man named Blake at the front desk. The information he provided as to where to dine or just have some fun all within walking distance. Blake also went the extra mile to make our stay more than pleasant with his welcoming and very professionals demeanor . Great customer service!!! I stay at hotels more than 150 days a year and I can say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in years. Great location, comfortable, and most importantly a staff that goes beyond the call of duty. Thanks again Blake and Wyndham!!!

Housekeeping beat in the door so hard it startled me right out of my only day to sleep in at 9:45 am and checkout wasn’t until noon. I know they want to clean the rooms and go home but this is unacceptable. Hotel is in need up some upkeep such as paint touchups, lights out in places/hallways etc. Breakfast could be better with more healthy options
