I handled the travel accommodations for my sister’s reservation for 11/9-11/13. She had another wonderful birthday vacation at your resort! She was a late check-in after a 3.5- hour drive. She said Anthony Bickell checked her in with a cheerful disposition and professionalism. I really apprciate Anthony for his kindness to my sister! She also mentioned he was also a huge fan of Frank Sinatra! We Luv Frank! She was thrilled with your entire staff!! Her 4- day stay was enjoyable because of her lovely room, the amenities and the attentive professional staff!!
