Die Wohnung ist top sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht vollkommen den Bildern in der Anzeige. Frau Iles ist eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Zur Begrüßung warteten auf uns gekühlte Getränke und eine Käse -/Wurstplatte. Wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut, zumal wir am Sonntag Abend angekommen sind. Frau Iles stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Ausflugsvorschlägen zur Seite. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Frau Iles sehr empfehlen.

Sehr gemütliche und saubere Ferienwohnung!

Wir haben uns bei Frau Iles sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man braucht, in der Küche, im Bad, in den Zimmern, es ist alles da. Frau Iles ist sehr freundlich und immer darauf bedacht, dass es den Gästen gut geht! Steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Auch Ihr Hund und die Schildkröten haben es uns sehr angetan. Der Garten ist groß und es gibt viel zu entdecken. Wenn es uns irgendwann wieder nach Kroatien zieht werden wir diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Vielen, lieben Dank Frau Iles!!!

Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung

Super FeWo, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Anica ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Den Garten am Haus mit den beiden Hunden von Anica und Schildkröten fanden unsere Kinder richtig toll.

Super Wohnung-nette Vermieterin

Die Wohnung bei Frau Illes entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung und unseren Erwartungen. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt von Frau Illes und ihren zwei Hunden. Im Kühlschrank war ein Willkommensteller mit Wurst und Käse und etwas zum Trinken. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man zur Essenszubereitung braucht. Das Bad ist sehr schön und mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind insgesamt groß sodas sich auch mal jeder seinen Bereich wählen kann und man seine sieben Sachen locker unterbringt. Die überdachte Veranda ist gut zum draußen sitzen bei jedem Wetter und in dem großen Garten der liebevoll angelegt ist kann man ungestört die Sonne genießen. Wenn man bischen auf Entdeckungstour geht sieht man vielleicht auch eine ihrer Schildkröten. Frau Illes macht mit einem noch eine kleine Tour und zeigt die besten Plätze zum Essen, einkaufen oder Geld wechseln. An ihrem schönen Grillplatz kann man dann den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen und sich mit Ihr über Land und Leute unterhalten. Die Wohnungen liegen Abseits vom Massentourismus das Meer und die Badestrände sind trotzdem innerhalb kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Da Frau Illes längere Zeit in Deutschland war ist das für Ersturlauber in Kroatien sehr vorteilhaft wegen der Verständigung. Die Wohnungen sind sehr sauber und bei der Einrichtung wurde auf viele kleine Details geachtet sodass man sich sofort wie Zuhause fühlt. Sie ist einfach um das Wohl ihrer Mieter besorgt. Zusammengefasst ist der Aufenthalt sehr schön gewesen und falls wir mal wieder in den Teil Kroatiens wollen werden wir mit Sicherheit erst bei Frau Illes nachfragen. :-)

Kroatische Gastfreundschaft mit deutschem Service

Wir sind eine 4-köpfige Familie (50, 41, 15 und 10 Jahre alt). Das war unser 4. Mal in Kroatien, und wir müssen zugeben, dass die Frau Iles als Vermieterin und Ihre Ferienwohnung waren mit Abstand die besten. Die Wohnung (60m2) ist groß genug für 4 Personen, hell, sauber, modern (100% wie auf den Fotos). Frau Iles, die lange neben München gelebt hat, spricht fließend deutsch, ist lieb und freundlich. Sie zeigte uns alles wichtige im Ort und Umgebung, und wir bekammen stets tolle Tipps von ihr. Beim Ankommen warteten Wurst, Käse und Getränke auf uns im Kühlschrank. Wir wurden sogar mal zu einer Grillparty von feinsten (mit zahlreichen Vor-, Haupt- und Nachspeisen) mit vielen anderen Gästen eingeladen. Die Ferienwohnung von Anica Iles werden wir jeden Kroatienliebhaber sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. : )

Ein Urlaubsquartier zum Wohlfühlen

Diese Ferienwohnungen sind einfach genial. Schon bei der Ankunft hatten wir das Gefühl, dass sich Frau Iles auf ihre Gäste freut und sich Gedanken darüber macht, wie sie ihre "Ankömmlinge" überraschen kann. Wir haben ihre Gastfreundschaft den ganzen Urlaub über sehr genossen. Bei Fragen war sie stets hilfsbereit, zeigte uns den Ort, Einkaufs- und Geldwechselmöglichkeiten und auch eine schöne Badebucht in Opatija. In der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und vor allem neuwertig. Da sich der Ort nicht direkt am Wasser befindet, waren wir vom Massentourismus (wie in Opatija) verschont geblieben. Trotzdem kann man schöne Ausflüge unternehmen, zum Baden fahren oder einfach mal auf der Terrasse bleiben. Wir werden uns mit Sicherheit mal wieder sehen lassen!

Sehr gut ausgestattete und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen aber doch in der Nähe zahlreicher Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin geht herzlich und freundlich mit den Gästen um. Wir fanden sogar eine Erstausstatung mit Essen und Trinken im Kühlschrank vor - so etwas hatten wir bis dahin noch nie erlebt! Wir bekamen auch eine kleine Führung in die Umgebung mit wertvollen Hinweisen für Aktivitäten. Unser Aufenthalt in Viskovo war ein rundum schönes Erlebnis. Vielen Dank an unsere Vermiterin Anica.
