Great view from the rooftop pool area. Parking is available, but located around the corner from hotel entrance. Shops and supermarket near by were convenient. Breakfast was good with multiple options daily. Rooms were very basic without hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, or shower caps. Overall a good hotel downtown Vitória.

It is a old building, but they keep it clean. The stuff is always friendly and polite and they serve a good breakfast. Conveniently located near shops and close proximity to everything.

Muito boa!

Tirando a parte de informação pelo wpp,que viram mas sequer responderam,embora tenha sido num sábado de noite.Tem 1 andar com galeria de arte e um museu,de diferencial.Fica bem pertinho da Centro Histórico em avenidas principais,de fácil acesso. Outros ponto negativos foram: o apagar das luzes da piscina bem antes do horário de fechamento por 2 noites e as torneiras da pia do 1108 que estavam muito duras não fechavam direito e pingava água

Hotel atende bem os requisitos de conforto, limpeza e manutenção. Quanto ao estacionamento é uma parceria no estacionamento do supermercado que fica atrás do hotel. Café da manhã variado, gostoso e que parece uma festa de aniversário com muitas comidinhas e salgados, o ruim que não sai nada da cozinha e nem um ovo frito, sendo oferecido apenas ovo mexido. Rooftop bem legal. Há restaurante no hotel o que é um excelente diferencial.

O Hotel tem ótima estrutura, com espaços amplos, limpos e bem organizados. Os funcionários são muito bem treinados e desempenham um ótimo serviço. O café da manhã conta com sucos naturais e muitas opções de excelente qualidade. Há no hotel um museu e uma galeria de arte, pontos fortes que marcam uma identidade. O restaurante é muito bom, com uma cozinha de primeira linha.
