As you enter the front door, you'll find yourself in the villa's homely meeting point - the inviting open-plan living and dining area with kitchen. The furnishings impress with their simple elegance. This level is completed by two cozy bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a glass door that leads you to the wonderful outdoor area with panoramic views. The remaining 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the second floor. One of these rooms has its own balcony, where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the rural surroundings that will make you forget the stresses and strains of everyday life. Can you imagine greeting the day there with a cup of coffee?

Outside there is a large terrace with a dining table and charcoal barbecue and of course a pool surrounded by sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the charm of Vizinada at the same time...Vizinada is one of those places that you rarely find in times of instant tourism. This beautiful village is only a short drive away from Porec and its beautiful beaches. From Vizinada, the view over the Mirna Valley is simply breathtaking. Every day the view changes. Between the hills and the mountains in the background lies the old medieval town of Motovun. Yes, 'breathtaking' is the right word here! Walk the small narrow path and you will see a scene that has not changed in 500 years. The village has remained natural, not carefully painted over to look new or superficially attractive. Its appeal lies in its lost-in-time character. You will hardly find Vizinada in the travel books. Discover it for yourself! All amenities are close by.
