It is at a distance of only 50 meters to the sea and seafront promenade. The petite pebble beach is only 70 meters away and within a short walking distance, you will find more beaches.
Villa Sympathy offers 200 meters of living space spread over two floors. The total estate boasts 500 square meters and along with the large pool terrace, it offers several other terraces, perfect for relaxation and socializing.
The ideal choice for groups of up to 10 people, large families, and couples retreats, this holiday villa is fully equipped. Although it is on an island without cars, it has great connections with the mainland so you can easily reach Vodice, Srima, and Sibenik. The restaurants, cafes, taverns on Prvic island offer Mediterranean cuisine. There is also a grocery shop and a green market. It is also possible to arrange grocery delivery to the villa (with a surcharge).
Villa Sympathy is fully equipped and provides an ultra-comfortable and unique setting for a vacation away from crowds.
On the main floor of the villa, you will find the large open-concept living area with adjoined dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

The swimming pool is 9 meters long and 7 meters wide, and perfect for swimming and cooling down.
Villa Sympathy offers 5 double bedrooms. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, sea view and they all come with a private bathroom. One of the bedrooms is on the main floor, while the rest of the four bedrooms are on the upper floor. Baby cot and high chair are available on request with no extra charge.
For entertainment, you will find a Play Station console, badminton rackets, free Wi-Fi, Smart Tv with satellite channels, and Netflix available. Three bicycles are provided free of charge.
The laundry facilities include a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.
Included with the villa rental, you will have a disposal berth for the small boats free of charge. For bigger boats, there is an option to book a berth in the port. A wide range of additional services is available upon request. Thus, if you want you can have a personal chef, babysitter, grocery delivery, additional housekeeping, and private excursions to nearby islands.
For all guests arriving at Villa Sympathy, a private concierge agent will help arrange arrival transfer by sea taxi. For guests arriving by car, the secured parking lot will be pre-booked on the mainland. Prior notice is needed.
