White Villa offers exclusive luxury accommodation ideal for families or groups of friends. The villa is new built in modern architectural style in which you can feel, touch of luxury, sea and sun. This magnificent villa is an example of top class property that will satisfy even the most demanding guests. Villa is located in Vodnjan / Istria with seaview to the Brioni islands, just 5 min by car from the nearest beach. It is situated on an 2200 m2 plot in a quiet area, the house itself being laid out over 420 m2. It boasts an imposing exterior, partly clad in stone, It has pool with 60 m2 with salt . Part of the pool has air and water massage.

The kitchen is completely equipped.

On the ground floor are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one bedroom with two single beds, extra one bathrom.

An interior staircase leads upstairs featuring four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies. These have superb audio-video equipment, air conditioners.

Two opposite sides of the ground level are closed with sliding glass walls that provide this space with a lot of natural light and allow the whole area to turn into a large open living room with direct access to the pool and terrace on one side and an open-air SPS Wellness, Jacuzzi / Hot Tub and sauna on the other.

Bed linen and towels are included. The house is suitable for people with wheelchairs. Larger groups are welcome.

The house, the pool, jacuzzi was all great. Works in the neighborhood disturbing.

The house is super, Pool, jacuzzi all great. The only disturbing thing was the works in the neighborhood. And the surrounding is not so terrific. But one can do a lot of things not too far from the house, Fazana and Vodnjan are nice and it is not far to Pula and Rovinj. It was a very nice stay, the nearest beach is not so great, but there are a lot of beautiful places to reach by car. It was very practical to have the supermarket nearby, also the possibilities for the bin. The rooms are very beautiful, also the bathrooms with beautiful showers. We made a ship turn to the islands from Fazana, which was beautiful too.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr hochwertig und modern und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ingrid ,die Vermieterin, hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie hat sogar bei Ankunft den Kühlschrank mit Säften, Wasser und Bier gefüllt. Wir waren mit 12 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind da. Für diese Personenzahl ist das Haus optimal. Der Wellnessbereich mit großem Pool , Whirlpool und Sauna war ausgezeichnet und wurde von uns sehr gerne und oft genutzt. Ein wunderbarer Urlaub, der gerne auch länger gehen könnte.

Super!

Wir feierten hier mit 13 Leuten unsere Bachelorreise. Jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Badezimmer, das fanden wir super. Das Haus war sehr sauber und groß & Pool, Sauna und Jacuzzi waren auch in einwandfreiem Zustand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt nebenan und der nächste Strand ist mit dem Auto ca. 15 min entfernt. Einfach nur zu empfehlen 👍🏼

Einzigartige Woche für Studenten

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Studenten und haben Anfang Oktober eine Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Wir sind mehr als begeistert, sowohl von dem Haus als auch der hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Vermietung. Es ist perfekt für mehrere Leute, weil es viele Räume mit jeweils einzelnen Bädern gibt, man kann sich super draußen aufhalten und es ist auch nicht schlimm, wenn es mal etwas lauter ist. Auch von der Ausstattung ist alles mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen!!!

wunderbare Tage

das Haus war noch schöner wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Es war mit Liebe, hochwertig eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus, der Pool und der Wellnessbereich, es war traumhaft, wir wären gern länger geblieben. Die Begrüßung von Ingrid war sehr herzlich, sie hat uns durch das Haus geführt und alles erklärt. Die Lage der Villa ist sehr gut, ein Supermarkt ist in 300 Meter Entfernung zu finden. Liebe Grüße Martin mit Mathilde und Freunde
