The property offers a peaceful rural retreat for guests seeking both comfort and nature, with access to an impressive shared estate of 2,000 m2 featuring trees and open meadow. Alongside the private swimming pool reserved exclusively for your use, you also benefit from access to a shared heated swimming pool, ensuring a refreshing experience throughout your stay. The yard surrounding the property enhances the sense of space and tranquillity, while on-site parking accommodates up to 2 cars directly on the premises. Reliable internet Wi-Fi is available inside the house, keeping you connected throughout your visit.
Outdoors
The outdoor spaces at "Bozac" have been thoughtfully arranged to offer both relaxation and recreation. Your private swimming pool measures 6 x 4 m with a depth of 130 cm and is available seasonally from 01 May to 14 October, providing an ideal setting for leisurely swims in complete privacy. In addition, the shared heated swimming pool measuring 8 x 5 m is available for communal use from 01 May to 01 June, offering a warm and welcoming aquatic experience during the earlier part of the season. A dedicated outdoor shower is conveniently located for use after swimming. The terrace, spanning 16 m2, is furnished with garden furniture and serves as a wonderful space for outdoor dining and relaxation. A barbecue is also available, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals in the open air. Younger guests will appreciate the play area, which includes a swing and a sandbox, making the outdoor environment equally enjoyable for families with children.

Inside the house, a washing machine is available for your convenience during longer stays. Bicycles are available for use at an extra charge, with 3 bicycles on offer for guests who wish to explore the surrounding countryside. Breakfast and half board options are also available at an additional cost, providing a flexible dining arrangement to suit your preferences. On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living room equipped with a flat screen satellite TV, alongside a fully fitted kitchen featuring an oven, 4 gas rings, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen also includes a dining table and an open-hearth fireplace, creating a warm and convivial atmosphere. From this level, you have direct access to the terrace, perfect for outdoor relaxation. A shower room with WC is also located on this floor. On the upper floor, accessible by ladder, 2 bedrooms are available: the first features 1 single bed and 1 double bed, while the second is furnished with 1 double bed. A second shower room with WC serves this level. The top floor, also accessible by ladder, offers a third bedroom with sloping ceilings and a ceiling height ranging from 80 to 180 cm, furnished with 2 single beds. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.
