An over 12-meter infinity pool, a pool house with glass sauna, and a large sand court for lounging or games create your private oasis overlooking the sea and the old town of Vrbnik.

With 3 (+1) bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Villa Manatis offers the ideal retreat for families or friends seeking a luxurious yet relaxing escape by the sea.
Upstairs, three bedrooms each feature a private bathroom and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views.
On the ground floor, a generous open-plan living and dining area connects to a fully equipped kitchen with island and bar, plus a utility room, cloakroom, and a separate WC.
