I booked the room for my friends. They complained that the garage staffs were extremely rude and judgmental. The staffs kept asking if they are here to do makeup for the guests(?!?!?) and finally let them park when my friends showed them the itinerary while still acting surprised. Little to no communication during their stay. Front desk did not even ask for feedback during checkout. The only plus point is the room was actually nice and spacious. 1/5 stars. Educate your staffs better to stop judging your own people.

Drop of standard. (1) there is no table light for the writing table. (2) Upon check in, I said my ALL member trying to link for free wi-fi. Instead, was greeted that there is no piont as I booked with agent. The good thing I find is the restaurant service. Still very good and helpful.

Rooms were good. Breakfast had a large selection but some of the food was hit and miss. Fruits fresh and tasty. Made to order noodle soups delicious but some of the premade food that I tried was less good. There was what ended up being a false emergency alarm that woke me and my family at 6am. The alarm abruptly stopped after about 10-15 seconds but there was no explanation or a message from the hotel that it was a false alarm. As a result my parents in a different rooms were frantically scrambling to grab things to leave the hotel. Fortunately I confirmed the false alarm and stopped them before they left the hotel. Most other guests were left standing for over 10 minutes wondering if they should evacuate. This definitely could have been managed better.

Stuffy rooms

The room is stuffy and seems like air conditioning is not functioning well. The weather outside is cooler than the hotel temperature. Nice hotel but not perhaps overly concern about electricity bills and neglected the guests. And they limit you to 2 bottles of water only and have to pay for water. Don’t think I would like to stay there again.

The beach is far and not clean they build a lot of hotels there so it’s a construction zone there

We had a great experience when we first stayed here 6-7 years ago therefore we had book the stay again. We felt the experience was not that same and the hotel is a little run down and did not maintain its original appearance. The carpet needs to be replaced and the room not prestine like it is used to. Overall the customer service is superb but the appearance of the hotel is now mediocre compared to other hotels. Not sure if I want to come back again the next time I come in town.
