Beautiful Hotel

The hotel was beautiful, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only issue I had was that I really disliked the design of the door to the bathroom. A non-locking sliding door provides almost no privacy when you are in the bathroom. Otherwise, we loved it.

This hotel has a great location right in the heart of Waco minutes from the Silos and Dr Pepper and lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is modern clean no frills but everything you need I’d stay here again in a heartbeat

We were welcomed by friendly staff at check in and given an informative overview of the hotel and the amenities they had to offer. The room was pristine and cooled down after a warm day in Waco. A must stay if your in Waco, located in the middle of many wonderful restaurants, shops and sites.

We had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was both delicious and reasonably priced. The lobby, hallways, and rooms were clean. My husband and I were greeted by all the staff, including maintenance. I was particularly impressed when the maintenance staff engaged in genuine small talk as we rode down the elevator. The walk to the Silos was a pleasant two to three minutes away.

The women that checked us in was amazing! She was very helpful and made us feel welcome. She remembered our names whenever we had contact with her. I would give her 5 stars plus, plus, plus! Our room was nice and comfortable. We will stay again the next time we visit Waco.

Disappointed

I was given a handicap room which was not conducive. I went back to the front desk. She told me, “That was the last room left.” My husband informed her we were Bonvoy members. Suddenly, she found a room. However, the electricity in the bathroom stopped working at about 1030 pm. I called the front desk and nobody came. In the morning it was still dark and we didn’t have electricity. I informed the front desk of the problem. I was told that only my $12 parking could be refunded. It was terrible that I paid nearly $400 and we had no electricity to see. Couldn’t bath, do our hair or put on make up etc.

We were there primarily for The Silos. This was perfect for those of us that can’t walk as much. We just had to walk down the block and around the corner. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful and our room was lovely and quiet. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and lounge area around it as well as having a bar right on site.
