Very good place. Upon checking in we were greeted with friendly person. Room and property was clean and safe. We pass through Waco few times a year and compare to other hotels we have stayed at in Waco, this one had biggest bang for the buck. We will definetly stay here next time we come to Waco.

For the money, this motel was good. We had a clean room. The bed was comfortable. There were a few things that could have been better like there was a bit of black mold in the bathroom near the baseboard. The staff was very friendly. It is right off highway 35, so you do hear the traffic noise. I would recommend if you just need a place s to sleep that is a reasonable price.

When we checked in the lady was nice explained everything tubs are a bit slippery the guy at check out was not nice no communication at all took my keys and not once asked how was our stay even though we got a non smoking it still smelled like smoke

Due to the weather I was having trouble getting the money to rent the room again and after having open communication with the office and then telling me I had an hour to leave, they decided to call the cops on me and have me CT'd off the property. Mind you the temperature was 17° and they put myself and a friend and my service animal on the streets. I understand they have a job to do but having a little compassion for others isn't a hard thing to have. I'm just saying they could have gone about things in a better manner.

The staff went above and beyond for us. I didn’t want to change rooms because we were unpacked when we notice the heater wasn’t getting warm. I tried it again on second night still no heat. Called front desk the lady checked storage found us an electric heater. Then she brought it to our room in the cold weather. The rooms were clean.

Room was clean, there were only 2 towels in a double room, standard is 4 towels. The breakfast was a joke. Bread, cereal, and waffles was the entire offering. Milk was spoiled and the syrup for the waffles was nasty. The coffee tasted like drinking water from a garden hose.

It appears to have been remoldeled, which was very well done. The bed was very comfortable and firm. For an economical hotel, i would come back here.
