Staff was very friendly and helpful, room very clean. Only improvements would be the water pressure in the shower and the temperature, it never got properly hot, just warm. Also we were in a room very close to the side exit and that door slams closed every time someone goes in or out, it was loud and startling hearing that in our room.

Wonderful stay in an amazing city! The staff were so nice and helpful. It was close to most of the places we went, and was walking distance to the farmer’s market. It was always clean. 100% would stay there again.

Gouging for Baylor graduation

Stayed over Baylor graduation weekend. Obviously the hotels take advantage. We paid $350 a night for a 2 star hotel. Shower door wouldn't stay closed. There was pink scum on the top of the shower tile, bathroom door wouldn't stay open, bed was hard and uncomfortable. AC was blowing hot while "idle." Hotels should not be able to gouge customers trying to celebrate a happy time with families.

We arrived back to room after college graduation and dinner . 9 pm room was not services beds not made / no sheets , no towels ? Desk clerk asked if we needed sheets, I know he was shocked . need a clean room and bed made. Had to change rooms after he located one . Nice new hotel , cleaning crew needs guidance ?
