NO SMART TV.

Upon arrival, we could not find a remote for the TV. The guy at the front desk said he would let me know when he located one. He did not. An hour passed, so I went to the front desk to check, and he said here is your remote. There was spilt coffee stains on the floor, and the toilet ran water off and on all night. This was surprising because the hotel looked brand new. I also can not understand why a brand new hotel does not have a smart TV.

New build property open about 2 weeks. Clean and white. The front desk that checked us in wasn’t very friendly and he seemed flustered. The person there in the evening and the next morning were nice.

Good stay

They accidentally charged us a room that wasn’t ours and we had to get our card charged double, but we did get a refund within the hour. Overall, great service and comfy beds. We would book again the next time we are in Waco
