Waco Vacation Rentals manages the property and is available to respond to any questions you have about the property or the check in process. You will be emailed a digital welcome LINK with area information 7 days before your stay, complete with popular places to see, favorite restaurants and things to do in Waco.
On the day of your arrival, you will receive a TEXT message and an EMAIL with access information at 1:00 pm Central Time for your vacation rental. This is self check in property at 3 p.m or after.

Just two minutes away guests can stock up on supplies with a Walmart Supercenter and all your favorite chain restaurants for when you need a night away from the kitchen. Plenty of space to stock up with two full size refrigerators in the house.

You’ll be just 5 minutes from the popular Homestead Heritage and just 15 minutes from the heart of Downtown where you can visit the popular Magnolia Market and find products used or inspired by Joanna Gaines (of HGTV fame). There are also dozens of home décor and antique shops along with a great Downtown Farmers Market on Saturday mornings.

Visit the Mammoth National Monument where you can see the remains of an actual woolly
mammoth, then head to the Texas Ranger Hall of fame where you can walk along the river and
admire the huge sculptures on display.

Stop in at the Cameron Park Zoo with over 1700 animals from around the world and for the golf lovers, Cottonwood Creek Golf Course is a must play course and is ranked as one of the top golf courses in Texas.

Enjoy delicious Texas food at Magnolia Table or Torchy’s tacos for some delicious Mexican food.

Twisted Root make the best burgers while George’s offers highly rated Southern food and is worth a visit.

Mountain bike or hike in Cameron Park, shop downtown or stroll through the cultural and historic district that extends from Austin Avenue through Elm Avenue and across the mighty Brazos River then take a walk across the historic Suspension Bridge.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! No smoking within 30 feet of the house.. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

The best way to get around is with your car or in a rental with free parking included with your stay.

Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.

The city of Waco also offers a free Trolley service to get you around Downtown Waco where can hop on and off at various stops around the city, a great way to see the city!
