There is only one stairwell leading to the upstairs and the first night only cost 52 plus 10.00 pet deposit but i decided to stay over one more night and they charged me 80.00 plus 10.00 for my puppy and we only had one bed. The room was not worth 90.00 for only one bed and even if there were two beds, there is no coffee pot in the rooms and the motel doesnt offer coffee or breakfast. I would not pay 90.00 again at this hotel.

For my purposes, this property was perfect. Reasonably priced, extremely clean and neat and the desk clerk could not have been more friendly and helpful. Anytime I come to Waco, I will be staying here.

Baylor v Auburn game

Listen, this motel is no frills (dated) but we don't have any complaints! It was quiet, bed was comfy, hot water worked, and it offered a microwave and mini fridge AND the vanity area had good lighting for applying my makeup (that matters!). Lots of food choices near. We had breakfast at a place called "the breakfast place" I believe it was called (lots of food for your money) and we did not eat the rest of the day outside of some Tiffs Treats cookies. If I had to, I would stay there again.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of our room. The maid staff does an excellent job and they were very considerate in asking if we needed anything else for our room. Check in and out was easy. The lady at the desk that checked us in was very friendly and polite. Would stay again
