Greg on breakfast duty Saturday an Sunday always goes above an beyond to ensure patrons have what the need. Witnessed him bringing a peice of cake for young girl in Sunday. He gave us bananas for our marathon race on Saturday. Our dryer in villa kept breaking down an we had ants an cockroaches. Room was warm with a proper 4th bed set up in the lounge which was perfect.

From check in to check the amazing team looked after us and made us feel so welcome. Our room was great, comfy beds and all we needed for our little weekend get away for our anniversary. Oh and the hot pools were amazing, wish they had some sort of entertainment though, like a big screen playing music or something maybe a bit more lighting for ambience😁 lots of parking, oh and let's not forget the little 9hole gold course across the road👍 easy access to the town center and all other attractions.

Not the best for the place for what we paid. Rooms were not serviced, there was really bad drain kind of smell coming out of bathroom drain. Air vent in bathroom was not working and in the middle of the night the lights was not working.

Alhough the rooms were showing theiw age they were clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the rooms warm. The range of food for the breakfasts was good, the plate warmer didnt seem to be doing its job very well and it was a pity the coisants werent able to be heated up. The restaurant evening menu could have had a few more options but on the whole the service was good

Shocking directions, to our room and finding the pool, which was near our room. Others were doing the same trying to figure out where the pool was...should be easier..also pool towels..tell your customer's at check in that you need to provide a bond to have pool towels..right?... say and provide then...as an option. Just disorganised. Wont be back.

The spa's are the main draw point of the accomodation. Affordable rooms, clean, and in a great area for tourism. Place was so great, I booked again 2 weeks later.

Had we not have got a price deal our rating would be different. The room and overall facility needs a makeover, it is a little tatty and tired. Many electric sockets did not work in our room (411) and one was literally breaking. Saying that, the bed was comfortable, which was the main reason for the stay and it was quiet.
