The property is relatively quiet and secluded, which is nice. The room was a real letdown for the $218 price tag. Very creaky bed, tiny bathroom sink with only luke warm water, cramped shower, no in-room coffee maker, no breakfast offerings of any kind, and no apparent way to raise or lower the heat in the room. We woke up at 3am with our sheets soaked in sweat, so we slept the last two hours on top of the bedspread since at least it was still dry. To be clear, there is a small window air conditioner, but no heater control. We set the AC on 70, but the heater in the room easily overpowered the tiny AC unit and left the room uncomfortably hot. Overall, the quality of the room is akin to a $75 roadside motel, not what you’d expect for a room that cost triple that amount. I’ve never left a 2-star review anywhere, but I feel like travelers need to know this experience was uncomfortable and grossly overpriced. You’re paying Marriott prices and getting a Rusty’s Roadside Motel & Tire Change Center experience.
