Downstairs: open-concept kitchen/living/dining, sunroom (Queen bed), master suite (King bed), bath w/ tub/shower, 2nd full bath with laundry
Upstairs: enclosed loft bedroom (Queen), private upstairs bedroom (Queen + Twin)

The Location

Tucked on a quiet cove of Balch Lake in Wakefield, NH, Camp Lollywood blends peaceful privacy with convenience. You’re 10–20 minutes from local grocery stores, pizza spots, and diners.

Balch Lake is one of the few in the region with a year-round marina and gas dock. In fall, the lake glows with color. And when winter rolls in, you can snowmobile or ice fish straight from your backyard.

You’ll have full access to the entire house, deck, yard, dock, and private shoreline. Includes kayaks, paddleboards, grill, firepit, and parking for 6 vehicles. Entry via smart lock.
