This place is the worst place I have ever stayed at! The women who gave us the key was very nice especially when I went back to the registration desk to get my money back. The door did not lock, refrigerator had no freezer compartment, no hair dryer, light switch did not work, only a lamp. I did not feel safe. Entire area completely run down!!! Never book this hotel!

When I arrived at the hotel no one was in the office and it was locked. I had to bang on the window and wait some time to be helped. After I finally got my room, it was in very poor condition overall, worst of all the dead-bolt didn’t work and there was no hot water in the shower. Terrible experience.

Front desk was pleasant. Room was horrible. The ceiling looked like it was falling down. It was old and not well maintained. The neighborhood was not safe. I left the key in the room and checked into another hotel. I was not comfortable staying there. Called Expedia and still waiting for a resolution.
