Excellent equipped with an electric stove, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, hand mixer, toaster. The tastefully furnished living area has satellite TV, stereo and a DVD player. A high chair is available for our little guests. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs are the two bedrooms with 2 beds each - in the first bedroom a double bed and in the second bedroom 2 single beds and an additional travel bed for children. The bathroom is also upstairs. It is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. Outside the house, a garden with a sun terrace, garden furniture and a beach chair offers enough space for fun and games. In the storage room you will find a grill, drying rack and a tumble dryer for all 4 houses. There is a parking space next to the house. We ask for your understanding that our house is a non-smoking house and that pets are not allowed.

angenehmer Aufenthalt in gut gelegener Wohnung

Die Wohnung war insgesamt sehr schön und ordentlich, gut gelegen, solide ausgestattet und insgesamt sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war angenehm, schnell und reibungslos. Wir waren mit unserem 3-jährigen Sohn sehr zufrieden. Zum Glück war es nicht zu heiß, denn in den Schlafräumen unterm Dach wurde es schon recht warm. Drei Dinge könnten verbessert werden - wobei das Meckern auf hohem Niveau ist: neue, scharfe Küchenmesser anschaffen, Insektenschutz an den Dachfenstern in den Schlafzimmern installieren, Duscharmatur durch eine thermostatgeregelte austauschen. Gerade letzteres wäre gerade auch im Hinblick auf die Kinderfreundlichkeit sehr angenehm.
