- We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.

- We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.

The space

FIRST FLOOR:

Enjoy an enclosed porch nook with ocean views—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a day at the beach. This level also features a dining area with seating for four, a brand-new modern kitchen that’s fully stocked, and a comfortable living room with a pull out sofa. The primary bedroom is located on this floor and includes a full en-suite bathroom, along with an additional full bathroom for convenience.

SECOND FLOOR:

Upstairs, you’ll find the two additional bedrooms, many with coastal views. One bedroom features a queen bed, while another includes a bunk bed (2 twin beds total).
- Ideal for kids or extra guests. A half bathroom is also located on this level.

LOWER LEVEL:

The lower level offers a large finished basement with light seating (chairs and small
tables). It’s a simple, open area—great for kids to run around, set up games, or gather as
a group. A laundry room is also located on this level.

OUTDOOR SPACE:

Spend time on the deck with outdoor dining for six and a propane grill, or unwind by the backyard fire pit with seating for four.

Just 1.5 miles from downtown Warren, you’ll find Main Street—the vibrant heart of this charming, walkable, historic East Bay town, filled with boutiques, cafés, and standout dining. You can easily get an Uber or Lyft as well. The closest walkable water access from the house is the waterfront at Burr's Hill Park and the adjacent Warren Town Beach, it's about 1.3 miles away. Burr's Hill Park is a public waterfront recreation area.

House Rules:

1. Absolutely no smoking of any kind
2. No pets allowed
3. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 9am, we ask you be mindful of noise for the neighbors.
4. Do not disable or tamper with the smoke alarms.
5. Parties and events are not allowed.
6. We conduct inspections for damage or missing items before and after each stay.
7. Fire pit use requires constant supervision and must be fully put out when not in use.

Other Things to Note:

1. This property is professionally managed by Rockie Ridge Rentals to ensure a smooth and reliable stay.
2. Want to elevate your stay? Optional concierge services may be available upon request and subject to availability.
3. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional fee upon request; availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed by the host.
4. The laundry room in the basement is a partially unfinished room.
5. There is no central AC, only window AC units
