Disappointment all around

I believe that I booked (on line) a deluxe King room with spa and ocean view. We were initially given room 101, spa room with roof view, so I returned to reception and was given room 301. I was informed that spa rooms do not have sea views so reception just moved us up two levels so we could peak at the ocean. I booked for the breakfast. My husband was extremely disappointed in the quality of the breakfast buffet. The eggs were not real eggs, poured out of a carton instead, and the yogurt was not real either. For the price, we expected to be thrilled but we left anything but.

This motel was quiet, rooms spacious staff excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable. The air con. stopped working in our room the night before we were to checkout. Staff went out of there way to help us move to another room.

Friendly staff, very clean, comfy bed and pillows. Heating, perfect for the winter conditions. Enjoyed getting plenty of bathroom amenities. The hotel was quiet except that our room was opposite the loft and service room so was a little noisy in the morning. We had a lovely view on our balcony. Will stay again.

Close to town, plenty of walking tracks ,lovely view from hotel to beach . Parking at the hotel was once free niw they charge you per day . Restaurant / bar closes far too early on a weekend .

As a return customer, I love this spot as it’s just next to the hot springs and has an indoor pool. The only thing that bugged me was no housekeeping over the weekend for the serviced apartment and I had to ask for towels/service on Monday.

Book one of the penthouse suites, it was amazing from start to finish. I wish we had booked more than one night. Walking distance to a gorgeous marine reserve area, stingray bay, and the evening hot springs experience was an amazing way to end the long driving day on the great ocean road. We were a family of 4 and my boys had their own sitting area and bedroom. Full kitchen, dining table, washer and dryer in the room and front and back balconies to enjoy a gorgeous ocean view. We saw the brightest raiinbow I have ever seen after a light rain as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Top notch place with fabulous service and location. In winter cost was very reasonable as well. Bravo, Deep Blue! I will be back some day.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Really comfy bed, had a view of the ocean (even though I didn't specify this in my room booking!), and the facilities were great, for example I had the entire pool to myself when I went for a nighttime swim. I would say the rooms are definitely not soundproof, with garbage trucks coming by late into the evening and one of my neighbours having a shower did wake me up. Staff were super friendly and helpful when I got slightly lost!

Staff were very welcoming even though they were extremely busy. We ate dinner in the cafe on the 1st night annd at the restaurant the 2nd night. Meals were absolutely beautiful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and restaurant

The location is in prime place and hotel is okay as closed with hot spring but the services and staff behavior was really bad. One staff named Alif with whom we asked about the check in details and he was rude and showed us attitude as we reached around 6:30 pm and already darken outside and it was our first time there and no idea about parking and anything when we asked about parking he said go and park on grass outside. The way he was responding was really disappointing to start the stay there but later talked with other staff she was nice though. Parking on hotel building will need to pay extra fee which was really surprised along with the attitude of staffs not coordinating with welcoming their guest for the first time in that hotel and hot spring.

A nice and quiet hotel with a awesome hotsprings (although smaller than imagine). The heating was not working in bedrooms. But thanks to Carly, who strpped up and brought us external heaters. Awesomeness.

Loved my stay at Dee Blue Hot Spring Hotel! The staff are super friendly and welcoming, the rooms are lovely, spotless and comfortable and it feels like a wellness retreat with the thermal pool, hot springs and spa treatments. To top it all off the food downstairs is absolutely delicious. No complaints!
