NÄKYVYYS HEIGHTS Suuret / pienet ryhmätilat

Suuret ryhmät tervetulleita tähän täysin itsenäiseen taloon, joka sopii erinomaisesti hääjuhliin tai hääjuhliin, perhejuhliin ja urheiluseuroihin. Lista on loputon ja siinä on suuri, täysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa on mikroaaltouuni ja astianpesukone. Se on kolme oleskelutilaa, kaksi yläkerrassa ja yksi alakerrassa, kaksi asuinalueella on suuri televisio, jossa Austar yhteys, makuuhuone ensuite (jossa kylpyamme) ja queen-vuode sekä seitsemän muuta makuuhuonetta, viisi queen beds ja kaksi joissa on yhden hengen vuodetta ja kolme vuodesohva-sohvaa. On olemassa kolme muuta kylpyhuonetta, joissa kaikissa on kylpyamme / erillinen suihku, oleskelutilat avautuvat etelään kannelle, näkymät joelle, BBQ ja ulkokalusteet. Alakerran olohuoneessa on myös 3/4-kokoinen biljardipöytä.
Off street parking 4 autolle. Se on kävelyetäisyydellä ostoskeskuksesta, jossa on kahvila, suuret supermarketit, uutistoimisto jne., Ja se on myös kävelymatkan päässä Flying Horse Barista ja panimosta.

A family get together and this was the perfect home to house us all. A beautiful view down the Hopkins River, comfortable couches and beds, nothing needed wasn’t supplied, and with the weather being a bit cool when we stayed, there is plenty of heating to keep you warm. Great place to stay

We were a group of 12 friends. Easily accommodated all of us. Well equipped holiday home, good appliances, cooking equipment, kitchen utensils, kitchen ware etc were well stocked for our big group. Stay could have had been improved by a few more towels and toiletries. There were very thin towels - 1 each for 4 days. A small packet of very cheap soap for each person. There is no dryer in the property - a washing machine but no dryer so could not easily dry towels. In the kitchen there was one chux cloth for four days of 12 peoples dishes. Very poor. These were minor things but given the amount the property costs it seemed penny pinching to not supply a higher standard of toiletries and towels.

Border Cup golf trip

I new the area so location was great, we were a group of 12 guys so need that many beds and also room to move so we we’re not tripping over each other.Lots of different areas to move around in and plenty of extra facilities we hadn’t counted on.We had on little hiccup but was quickly sorted out by our Hostess Lorraine, nothing was to much trouble for her.Everyone commented on the House/size/amenities:/facilities in a positive way.For big groups or multiple families it’s a great home.Good Time.Co Rob

Fantastic week with 11 adults. Super comfortable house, lots of rooms, very well stocked with everything you need. Gorgeous river views from the balconys. Highly recommen. Worth the cost!

Girls Stay

The property was as described and as the photos indicated. Lots of room, great kitchen with essentials provided. Unfortunately the dishwasher hose sprung a leak and our kitchen was flooded. However, we were home at the time and managed, with our bath towels to prevent water leaving the kitchen area. We contacted Lorraine who sent out a plumber and an electrician, as one down stairs light fitting had water issues. Unfortunately the dishwasher was not able to be fixed right away so it was all hands on deck for dish duties. One thing that could be improved on is if the BBQ was on the same level as the kitchen. We had to take all our food downstairs to the BBQ then back upstairs to the dining room.

Take me to the river- Spacious riverside retreat with the ocean a 10 minute drive away

Riverside Heights was the perfect location for a 50th birthday family celebration. The home comfortably housed 14 people. The photos don't do it justice! The huge downstairs living area was a welcomed surprise, with plenty of couches and the pool table was a hit!

Amazing accomodation

We enjoyed our stay at Lorraine's house. She was very accomodating and her place was complete of stuff we needed to use (steamer, microwave, high chairs and cot). It was a hassle free experience plus the location of her place was beautiful, the view is epic. Looking forward to book this accom again

River house reunion

Wonderful!. We had 9 people and one guide dog. Plenty of room for gathering and separate spaces. Host communication was lovely and helpful. Great spot, peaceful setting. Possibly the only suggestion would be a larger or additional fridge, otherwise we could not fault it!! 5 stars!

Memorable christmas christmas reunion

Beautiful house ,with stunning views ,close to shops ect . 14 adults and 4 children . Family christmas reunion . Lorraine very helpful (the host ). Kitchen well stocked for large groups. Lots of room for everone . We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay .lots of great things to do for kids and adults in warnambool . We were amazed at the friendliness of all the local people .
