Lake breezes is a 1500sqft lower house level unit that sleeps 8 comfortably right on Center Lake; ideally located within blocks of downtown Warsaw with it’s parks, public beaches, shops and restaurants. Recently remodeled, the apartment has a master suite with queen bed, shower, TV and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed with his/her closets and a TV. The third bedroom is designed for kids but could be used for adults with an upper twin bunk and lower large twin sofa bed, TV and closet. There is a second bath with jacuzzi tub for relaxing after a day of swimming, fishing, kayaking or wandering about town. The living room has a queen sofa bed, desk, and TV that can be remotely raised and lowered into a cabinet so as not to block the views. The laundry has a full-size washer and dryer with a sink and hangers for rinsing water-shoes and drying swim suits The kitchen is spacious with all amenities including a wine cooler and bar. There is a pier for fishing and swimming, and two kayaks with life preservers available for your use. There is a very large deck with BBQ grill and expansive views of the lake with its warm and relaxing breezes.
